Jim Costa is an American Democratic politician who currently serves in the U.S. House of Representatives for California’s 16th congressional district, a position he has held since 2013. Prior to this, Costa represented the 20th district in the House from 2005 to 2013 and also spent time in the California Senate and the California State Assembly. |
