Avril Haines is the appointed National Intelligence Director under the Biden Administration. Haines has previously served as the Deputy National Security Advisor under the Obama Administration and was the first woman to serve as Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Haines received her Bachelor of Arts in theoretical physics from University of Chicago and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University. |
